  On Booked.net I had requested a king bed on an upper floor & my request was honored. Check in & check out was very efficient. Staff very friendly. The room was very clean & the location was good.

  The underground parking garage is very confusing especially trying to figure out were one can & cannot park. The bathroom is small. My wife & I found the room to be very dry......none of these factors would be a deal breaker for us.

  We enjoyed the central location. It was a wonderful opportunity to walk around the beautiful city. When we did drive to various destinations, there was ample parking and the traffic flow made it easy to get to our locations. Loved walking up Spark Street and around the Canal.

  Very clean and the customer service was very good and helpful would defintley stay there again was close to everything walk alot! Had a great time the food in the resturaunt was also very good and staff very nice

  Excellent gym, with a lot of cardio equipement and weight machines

  Starbucks just off the lobby only opens at 8 am and closes early. They should open at least at 7am

  The bed and pillows were very comfortable

  elevator!!! Terrible!! not a place to get some rest and relaxation. Continuous noise of the elevators going up and down. Noise was unbearable. The window/door overlooking the view would not shut properly or lock to that matter

  The room was spacious and comfy with nice shampoos and soaps for the washroom. The tv was a big flat-screen tv. There was a comfortable couch to sit on , that folded out into a bed. Nice pool on the forth floor.

  The fire alarm went off and guests didn't know what it was for several minutes until there was a barely audible announcement. We had to spend a lot of time outdoors before we could go back inside. The coffee machine was confusing to use. I was hit in the back by a bellhop moving luggage in the lobby.

  Staff was friendly, breakfast was really good and venue excellent to go walking to all main attractions in the city. The room was clean, neat and really cozy. In addition, it has a wonderful view of the city. For those gym lovers the gym facilities and the pool was just great. A totally perfect charming place with a touch of luxury.

  The view from the 20th floor is spectacular. The room was large, the bed comfortable, but the bathroom was surprisingly small.

  A confusing message about housekeeping - to "keep green", we received a $10 voucher, but this meant that the room was not attended to for our entire stay.

  I was so impressed with the front desk reception folks...any one of them helped me (I'm a senior citizen) and showed great patience and respect whenever I approached them with any problem. I feel they should be highly commended as because of them, I felt so confident, secure and welcome. I would definitely return as well as recommend this hotel.

  Of course, the reception desk knew how upset I was when, on riday, I found I was surrounded by a Fifth Floor full off rambunctious children running up and down the halls and screaming. After two phones to reception, I went down personally as the noise had been going on for almost 2 hours or more by then. The clerk knew I was angry and told me about the hockey tournament. They very kindly situated me to another room on 14th, (at first they had said 25th so I don't know what happened there). However, I did mention that I should have been made aware of this tournament and not placed on the same floor. They were very apologetic and handled this big problem for me. My friend said that the Marriott should have offered a free dinner or breakfast at the very least for this inconvenience of having to put up with the unruly noise and then to relocating. In retrospect, I should have known to do something as I have heard other hotels doing something of this nature as a form of compensation.

  It´s a nice hotel, comfortable room, but on room 1230, don't have a good noise isolation, it's possible to listen the noise from elevator and room beside without a loud voice.

  Friendly staff. Very nice pool.

  $ 4.50 bottles of water in hotel room. Very confusing parking lot below ground. $ 1.50 local phone calls are ridiculous.
